Parking right at the property, mind-blowingly clean and spacious cottage with all the amenities you could ever need. Superb bathrooms, comfy beds, and a bonus BBQ. The wooded area behind the cottage is jaw-dropping, perfect for a day out exploring. The cottage even provided everything for our dog! Tea, coffee, and milk were an absolute lifesaver. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be checking for availability here. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Badger Cottage was an excellent value for our money. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities we needed, including a powerful shower and comfy beds. The location was great, with easy access to the beautiful Forest of Dean and two lovely pubs just a stone's throw away. The staff were kind and even provided us with milk, coffee, and tea. The kitchen was well equipped and the cottage felt very cozy. We would definitely stay here again, thank you for a wonderful experience.
The only small suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options.

What an amazing stay at this super-comfortable and very clean cottage! the location was wonderful, with easy access to walking and cycling paths in the forest. Having 2 separate 'bedroom suites' was ideal, and the cottage was well equipped and well thought out. the garden area was lovely for sitting out in, and the excellent WiFi was a bonus. We will definitely be back to Badger Cottage. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 🌟.

We had a wonderful stay at Badger Cottage. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen chairs were comfortable, and we enjoyed our meals there. Both bedrooms having en suites was a great convenience, and the lounge provided plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The garden area was lovely, and we loved the direct access to the forest behind the cottage. Communication with the owner was easy, and the cottage was well-furnished and equipped. The beds and showers were both excellent. Despite the chilly weather, the patio looked inviting. The location was convenient for visiting historic places on both sides of the border.
The only minor downside was that it took a while for the cottage to warm up upon arrival. Additionally, the road near the cottage was narrow and fast, requiring caution when walking into town.

The lush greenery and vibrant flowers transported me to a world of tranquility and peace. It was the perfect spot to unwind and sip a cup of tea, feeling completely one with nature.
Property took a while to warm up.

The cottage was well presented and clean, with a warm and homely feel. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable.- The cottage had parking available and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
The cottage lacked basic cleaning supplies like a vacuum or broom for daily cleaning. The road outside the cottage was busy, which was a downside for those looking for a peaceful stay.

Loved the hiking nearby, especially when I got lost. The airport options were just fantastic, I couldn't decide which one to go through. The garden and free parking were a real treat, especially when I accidentally parked in the neighbor's yard.
Getting towels featured in the holiday home was such a hassle, I had to climb up a tree to retrieve them.
